Aperol Spritz

One of my personal favourite. For that delicious drink, you only need three components and ice.

Ingredients you need:

50ml Aperol

100ml Prosecco

Soda water or Sprite

Slice of orange

Ice

Firstly fill up the glass with ice, then add Aperol, prosecco, and soda water. Stir it, add a slice of orange and enjoy!

Moscow Mule

For this refreshing drink, you also only need three components and ice.

Ingredients you need:

50ml Vodka of your choice

25ml lime juice

Ginger beer

Slice of lime

Ice

Firstly fill up the glass with ice, then add vodka, and lime juice, and fill it up with ginger beer. Originally there should also be two drops of Angostura bitters but it tastes quite the same without. Stir it, add a slice of lime and enjoy!

Negroni

This delicious drink should be served from a smaller glass and it only needs three ingredients plus ice.

Ingredients you need:

25ml gin of your choice

25ml Campari

25ml sweet Vermont

Slice of orange

Ice

Firstly fill up the glass with ice, add the ingredients, stir, add a slice of orange and enjoy!

Margarita

Margarita is a drink that I would recommend making if you have a shaker in hand but I am not judging if you wanna make it without.

Ingredients you need:

40ml Tequila of your choice

15ml lime liqueur

30ml lime juice

Ice

For this drink add ice, and all the ingredients to the shaker, give it a hard shake, and double strain, enjoy!

Sex on the beach

A perfect drink to have on a hot summer day. For this drink once again you only need three ingredients plus ice. 

Ingredients you need:

50ml vodka of your choice

Orange juice

Cranberry juice

Slice of orange

Ice

Firstly fill up the glass with ice, then add half a glass of orange and half a glass of cranberry juice, add a slice of orange and enjoy!

Skinny Bitch

This one is for the people who care about the calories but still want to enjoy a great beverage. Once again you only need three ingredients. 

Ingredients you need:

50m vodka of your choice

25ml lime juice

Sparkling water or soda water

Slice of lime

Ice

Firstly, fill up the glass with ice, add the ingredients, add a slice of lime, stir and enjoy!

Mojito

This one is probably the most popular drink on the hot summer day but it also needs more ingredients than previous drinks. 

Ingredients you need:

7 Fresh mint leaves

50ml white rum of your choice

Lime

Soda water

1tsp granulated sugar

Ice

Firstly muddle the lime, sugar, and mint leaves, crushing the mint leaves. Next, pour over the rum, stir it with a long-handled spoon and top it up with soda water, add some more mint or lime, and enjoy!

Tequila Sunrise

For this fancy-looking cocktail, you need three ingredients plus ice. It is perfect to add some color to your day.

Ingredients you need:

50ml Tequila of your choice

Orange juice

Grenadine

Slice of orange

Ice

Firstly fill up the glass with ice, then add tequila and orange juice. Next, add slowly grenadine and a slice of orange, enjoy!

Pimm’s

Pimm’s is probably my absolute favorite summer beverage. It is so refreshing, tastes so nice, and added fruit just gives it the last kick you need. You can make it into the glass but also serve it in a jug for the whole party. There might be quite many ingredients but trust me, it is worth it.

Ingredients you need:

50ml of Pimms (if you make it in a glass)

A little bit of lemon juice

Ginger ale

Mint

Strawberries

Lemon

Orange

Cucumber

Ice

Firstly fill up the glass with ice, then add Pimms and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Top it all up with ginger ale and for garnishing add cucumber slice, mint, strawberry, lemon wheel, and orange wheel. Enjoy!

Dark Stormy

Dark Stormy is very similar to the drink Moscow Mule what you saw earlier but instead of vodka, it has dark rum. Great for the rum lovers!

50ml dark rum of your choice

25ml lime juice

Ginger beer

Slice of lime

Ice

Firstly fill up the glass with ice, then add dark rum, and lime juice and fill it up with ginger beer. Originally there should also be two drops of Angostura bitters but it tastes quite the same without. Stir it, add a slice of lime and enjoy!

These ten refreshing summer cocktails are my go-to every summer, regardless if I have a bigger event or it’s just a barbecue night with my friends. Great about these cocktails is that only one of them needs a shaker, therefore the other nine are easy to make for everyone, no matter if they have a shaker or not.
